Very unfriendly staff. The first time I came here for my ultrasound, the front desk worker barely greeted me. Once they called me back, the Ultrasound technician, Tammy, was unwelcoming. She could be the best ultrasound tech in the world, but her bedside manner is horrendous. We were afraid to ask questions, and when we did, we received condescending answers. I love that women in my area have this wonderful facility to go to for our annual mammograms. Everyone is very nice and scheduling was a breeze!

During my appointment I felt the etiquette was very poor. I am a younger patient and often I think us younger patients get overlooked. The tone I got throughout the visit was condescending. I went in for imaging and the MD asked what my symptoms were relating to a condition I was being screened for. The MD asked me if back pain was a symptom of PCOS. That is concerning. Every symptom I mentioned felt as if it were brushed off and I felt like I had to prove to them I experience pain.
