I love that women in my area have this wonderful facility to go to for our annual mammograms. Everyone is very nice and scheduling was a breeze!
During my appointment I felt the etiquette was very poor. I am a younger patient and often I think us younger patients get overlooked. The tone I got throughout the visit was condescending. I went in for imaging and the MD asked what my symptoms were relating to a condition I was being screened for. The MD asked me if back pain was a symptom of PCOS. That is concerning. Every symptom I mentioned felt as if it were brushed off and I felt like I had to prove to them I experience pain.
