I just had my hospital tour tonight and the nurse was absolutely lovely. Answered all of the questions that I had; And I was worried about a lot of of the stories. I’ve heard other mothers speak about with not being heard or their wishes being respected. This facilities seems like it is very understanding, The staff are absolutely lovely, And the labor rooms and postpartum rooms are set up wonderfully! Looking forward to having my baby At this facility!

I became a patient of this location a few months ago, and made sure I had all my medical history sent over. This week I need to request a medication and I had to call multiple times over 2-3 days only to be told the medication is not on my active medication list. I was told to see my primary Dr or go to an urgent care. What’s the point of making sure all my medication and medical history were sent over, if the dr refuses to write a script for a medication I don’t need on a consistent basis? My wife and I wound up with our baby in the nicu due to low oxygen levels after a home birth and the care he received was great. Also doctor David Wolfe is a common sense great doctor

Don’t even bother trying an elective induction they could truly care less unless it’s medical which makes sense but let’s not give a first time mom hope and then false reality? As a small girl this baby is already at least 8 and a half pounds and I’m tired. And the insane attitude from the nurses ain’t cute either.

Today is July 22nd. I made an appointment as a new patient on April 24th to be seen today. My appointment was set for 930am. I was instructed to arrive by 915 am. I arrived at 907am checked in on the tablet and was given a message that I did not have an appointment today and I should speak with the receptionist.
