I would not recommend delivering your baby here. I had such a poor experience from delivery to postpartum. There’s too many things for me to list here but one thing I will say is that the nurses need to be trained on hygiene and sanitation practices. I can’t tell you how many times I saw the nurses touch their faces, scratch their heads, and touch dirty surfaces with the same gloves on that they would proceed to touch your baby and you. I was referred here by an OB doctor to get a bladder scan. I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. The receptionist was very nice and offered me a wheelchair. When they brought me to my room, I was seen by nurse Tami. She was very nice and explained things to me. I will note that the staff here are all nice and pleasant. Where I didn’t have a good experience was in the room service/foods and other little things. They wanted to hook me up to IV, but unfortunately the nurses couldn’t find a vein to pump. My wife and I just had our first baby here. We found out very quickly that things don't always go according to plan, and ended up needing a C-section, which neither of us wanted or expected. Our team throughout the whole stay was absolutely fantastic with taking care of us and our new bundle of joy. Of all the faces we saw, there wasn't a single one that didn't show an immense amount of support and care for all three of us.
