Charisma literally made this entire experience for me. Taking a 2 year old that fears anyone who looks like they work in the medical field for a sleep study was so intimidating in itself. She was so kind and patient with my daughter and myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience even though as you can imagine, my 2 year old cooperated as much as anyone would think a 2 year old would.
