Clean, and professional. Great place for health care.
They conducted the wrong test. This is the second time in a row the wrong test was done. Doctor ordered one test they did another test that did not provide the information requested by the doctor.
Came in today for lab work and was denied services. I arrived at 4pm, the place closes at 5pm, the women at registration said that they were not taking anymore walk-ins…so I asked for an appointment since I traveled with my 6 month old and 7 year old in the cold to get my blood work done and didn’t want to be denied again…she then said they don’t make appointments. SO WHY WAS I DENIED SERVICES?? I’m still sitting here at the office in my car searching for another lab…it’s 4:52 and they just accepted a walk-in. This needs to ... read more
I came here despite there being no reviews, as it was the closest UPMC center from my home. Sat down with one of their medical assistants to check in for some blood work and was told my information wasn’t in the system. Stepped out, made a call to my doctor and was told it is indeed there. Came back in and another assistant (thankfully) helped me and indeed confirmed it was. The rest of my visit went well but I have to dock a star for how I was greeted upon arriving.
