Who holds UPMC accountable? At check in you are required to sign a blank screen and told what it is for. When the paperwork for my lab printed it said Epic Medical Clinic on Anywhere St in Wisconsin, not the Anville location where I was signing. I was told two different explanations. It's a glitch in the new computer system which was frustrating so the staff. Then it was, that's the address of the data center your information was just entered into. I always go here for blood work. The people are super nice and Priscilla always gets me on the first stick, most people have trouble because my veins are small. She's also very pleasant and welcoming.
The lab is awesome, front desk needs some work.
Efficient and timely. Everyone was helpful and professional.
Lory was very professional, super nice and did a great job at drawing my blood. I always enjoy going there because it’s literally 5 1/2 miles straight down the road from our home, there’s hardly ever a wait, if ever at all, and everybody I come in contact with who that works in that building is super nice. And it’s very very clean in that facility as well 🙂
