The number for questions IS INVALID!!!!!! How am i supposed to schedule an appointment???? Need to remove that number and you will never, EVER get my business!
I had to do a home test and drop it back off at the lab in several days. I received several containers, but no directions with the test nor was given any verbal directions. The bag said to put the requisition on the outside of the bag when dropping off, never received that either. I called to asked for help...got a recording...explained everything and asked for a return call. Never received one. Dropping everything off today...let's see how this goes!!
I got checked in, sat down! Few other people came in AFTER I WAS CHECKED IN for labs, Im not deaf I can hear clear as day they came in for labs, they've been taken back ahead of me! Now why is that?? I seriously would love to know!
