Thorough, and efficient,excellent staff
The staff is friendly and qualified. I had a short wait.
Our small town has limited enough resources already. This office is not only closing before the official 5:00 time (their phone message advertises), but they are also locking the door before the 4:45 "Last draw" time advertised on the door. People need information they can rely on, and the business needs to remember the primary convenience should be the Customer (Patient), not the Employee wishing to be out the door the very minute they expect. Didn’t get the name of who took care of me, but that was the fastest blood draw I’ve ever had done and I didn’t feel a thing. Usually it takes people a bit longer on me and I get pretty woozy but this morning it took not even 5 minutes and I feel perfectly fine.
