I've been coming here for my lab work/ blood work thru my pregnancy and they're always very attentive, kind & quick. I typically arrive anywhere from 10am-1pm the latest if that helps anyone else. I bruise super easy and I've never had any bruising from them drawing blood. They're very good...if you need a upmc lab that does walk ins I highly recommend this location.
So disappointed in my visit today. My 8 and 10 year olds needed bloodwork. It was slightly busy so there were no seats at the lab door, so we found seats right around the corner. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. They claim they called us multiple times - we were sitting right there and I never heard them call either name. So the kind receptionist messaged them that we were still there and to please call us right away. So they called 3 more people after us.
