Trying to get a routine mammogram from this place (and the location in Annville) has been a nightmare. They have used scare tactics and misinformation to try and get me to do a "diagnostic" mammogram, when it is not necessary at all, my gyno has told me that as well. I feel they are running a scam to try and get you to pay more money for tests you do not need. My doctor has recommended I try Wellspan instead, and that is my next move.
I went for a CT Scan on July 9, still have not received results of my test it is now July 26th. My DR has sent them a message twice asking for my results and still nothing. So unacceptable!
The office in Hershey was fine and the xray tech was caring and professional. No complaints about that office. However, I am furious that it is exactly one week later and STILL have not received results of my xray. My doc and I have no idea how to treat my extreme pain until we know the diagnosis. I WILL NEVER use them again!!! It's not funny playing with people's lives like that!!! SEVEN DAYS NO RESULTS YET!!!
