It was easy i checked in on my phone and used the Qbar code scan and by allowing to check in on the early before appointment mskes life easier
I went for a mandatory follow up appointment for a practically healed injury. I was scheduled for 4pm so I showed up at 4pm to check in. They sat me down. After waiting half an hour, I inquired about my appointment time only to be told they don't follow them and take every walk in prior. It was a full lobby so what should've taken half an hour in total took 2 plus hours. I'm confused on why they have appointment times in the first place if they don't follow them.
