I visited this Magee-Women’s Imaging office for my annual mammogram. I liked that this office had many appointments available. Both the employee at the front desk and the employee who performed my mammogram served me on time and spoke nicely to me. The waiting room and the dressing room were in good condition. Several days later, I received my test results online.

This place is completely ridiculous on billing. Doctor was good who performed ultrasound for me on 09/29/2022. However, their billing is ridiculous nonsense, even though my insurance was in network they billed my insurance just for one ultrasound $1782 and I end up getting big bill of $780.5 just for one ultrasound. This place is greedy. And I needed film of my visit. I called many times. However, no call back yet. Do not go here. I found a new place North Pittsburgh Imaging and they are really good.

They don’t answer the phone to get a copy of the images. I’ve been trying for over a week and all different times of the day!

Thank you, UPMC Imaging Services for making my mammogram experience a great one. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind and had everything ready to go. Tammy, my Tech, was very informative, explained everything and answered all questions in detail. The process is done with 3D imaging and the doctor was there to ensure everything was captured perfectly. I had my results within 5 minutes of my mammo being done. So, until next year, Thank You so much!
