The lack of concern or care for my sister while in the e.r. was disconcerting at best. No effort was made to make her comfortable and no information was shared with her about her condition. She seemed to be wheeled off into the back corner of the e.r. and forgotten. When asked for a pillow for her comfort the staff just rolled their eyes and sighed.
