Their home physical therapy and occupational were excellent; most if the time; however their home RN service was below average moat of the time... The nurse assigned to us for the last year and half of his life was below average bc she didn't know hiw to properly change a catheter and had no empathy for my husband who was basically declining quickly.... She lacked nit only nursing skills but also bedside manners... She laughed when she told us she could no longer provide nursing services after 9:30 pm.and we would have to go... read more
First I want to thank the staff for the great hospice care they gave my mother Gladys M. Brewster up to the 10th of June this year. Unfortunately, there's a glass dish of valuable jewelry missing from her vanity. Rings, earrings, and a maritime bracelet to name a few things. They disappeared right before or after her body was removed from the house netween 6/1 & 6/9. Only family and hospice was in the house at the time so there's a strong temporal connection. Very unorganized, claimed they didn’t have a referral when I called yet the weekend before one of them didn’t show up for an appointment that wasn’t scheduled. So I contacted doctor in Johnstown she sent 2 referrals in a weeks time and they still claimed they didn’t get any because they screwed up. I guess they think ignorance is bliss. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything.
Poor service they came to my house and sent me to the hospital and they dropped me then I found out that they called adult protection services on me by saying that I can't take care of myself Sarah didn't have them balls to tell me why
They have great services, And the staff is somewhat compassionate but they never arrive on time. The people who show up call you ahead and often we have to wait. Other times they say (name) will be out to you on a certain day between such and such a time, and sometimes they show up, sometimes not. Why the main office doesn’t know the schedule of their workers is a mystery. I know I’ll probably draw a lot of heat for this, but that’s just my opinion.
