This company is a complete joke! My mother has been home from major surgery for over three weeks now and we have only seen a nurse twice! They are supposed to be here twice a week!The first one looked like a bum off of the downtown streets! Very poorly kept no uniform and dirty jeans! Can't get hold of anyone in their office. The phone line rings then kicks in to their music. I'm about to find a new home health care nurse agency!
Wouldn't do it. Waiting for a call back from a supervisor for about 8 hours now... can't get a simple return call- let alone consist service.
