WHAT the actual hell is wrong with this place? Why am I getting blood tests every X amount of weeks to keep an eye on my health and yet it took my psych doctor taking one look at me and immediately ordering a bloodtest to find I've got some serious problems and need to see my primary doctor right away to discuss this? I had some hematology issues and Tammy did a fantastic job helping me to understand my situation and provided the care I needed.
Robin at the front desk is the LAST person a sick patient should ever have to see, she is EXTREMELY rude, and very unprofessional
My mom is a patient of Dr. Penland's. She has been nothing short of wonderful with her. All the staff Dorothy, Walt, Emily...they all take amazing care of her. They are to the point but soft when talking about everything from diagnosis to treatment to prognosis. Prescriptions refills have been more than timely when we call in and we never have to worry if she has what she needs.
