I had some hematology issues and Tammy did a fantastic job helping me to understand my situation and provided the care I needed.
Robin at the front desk is the LAST person a sick patient should ever have to see, she is EXTREMELY rude, and very unprofessional
My mom is a patient of Dr. Penland's. She has been nothing short of wonderful with her. All the staff Dorothy, Walt, Emily...they all take amazing care of her. They are to the point but soft when talking about everything from diagnosis to treatment to prognosis. Prescriptions refills have been more than timely when we call in and we never have to worry if she has what she needs.
The older lady I take care of was treated so terribly here when we walked in. My patient has dementia, and didn’t remember which floor, so the lady with the blue hand cast who broke her wrist was NASTY to us, telling us we were on the wrong floor. Distasteful.
