Everybody here is absolutely inefficient and idiotic, they need to disclose to people when scheduling nobody under the age of 18 is allowed! Not all of us have child care, some of us actually parent our children unlike everybody else nowadays that has endless daycares and grandparents raising their kids. Justine K. is Awesome very professional when dealing with customers. Suzanne A on the other hand is very uneasy to deal with. its obvious when shes on the phone and has an attitude or is upset. she does alot of huffing and puffing she just makes it an awkward call shes just not very professional. some customer service training wouldn't hurt. as new patients we want pleasant experiences and warm welcomings. luckily Justine was able to convince me that despite my issues with Suzanne the Hillman cancer center is welcoming and a... read more
My experience here for the most part was outstanding. Dr. Khanna was awesome. He took the time to explain everything clearly about Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Large T cell to myself & my fiancée. He wanted to make sure I understood what the best treatment option was and what to look for going forward. He also explained about a stem cell transplant that I was going to undergo.
