They have dropped the ball at every single opportunity. Long story sorry: The nurse yelling at me to pull my pants up, get on the wheelchair and go out and see the doctor while I was in the midst of an allergic reaction where my o2 sats and bp were dropping in which I thought I was dying a most painful death. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. My appointment was at 11:30 AM, but I wasn’t seen until almost 1:00 PM—with no explanation or apology from the staff. I had scheduled this around my newborn’s nap, expecting the visit to last 15 minutes, but ended up spending an hour and a half in the office with a tired and frustrated baby. No one communicated delays or showed any concern, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Amazing staff! Always attentive and helpful, never make you feel rushed.
Since when can you not express your concerns with a Doctor! I asked ONE question to Dr Alkayem and he cut me off and snapped on me saying “well if you’d let me explain instead of saying no, no, no” some weird gestures he made and I didn’t say “no” or do what he tried to mock once. You should NEVER speak that way to a patient or their loved ones because they ask you a question! I haven’t seen Dr. Alkayem yet. But through scheduling an appointment, the employee I encountered on the phone, went aboveto not only help me pick a new doctor. But was also very patient with me being picky about the time of my appointment. Wonderful person to deal with the public!
