Do not ever go to Dr. Khan Nyguen. Was sent by my PCP for hematology and picked the location In monroeville since it was closest for me. I was sent for anemia with a ferritin level of 3. Which for reference, is very low (levels that would call for needing IV iron infusions) especially for me being 24. Was told “just increase your dosage” and when I asked the reason why am I so extremely low on my iron and ferritin levels, he didn’t give me an answer or any ideas as to why that may be happening.
