Doctors are nice, but the staff are either lazy or incompetent. Been waiting for 2 days for someone from upmc hillman to call me back. I guess I'm not important to them. Just another number. Edit: nothing has changed at this office. I will not be returning to this location. Perhaps it's time to call AHN and move my treatment to their hospital system.
Awesome care from Dr Moon Fenton. She outlines my plan quite clearly. Kristin, the nurse who manages my care, has gone above and beyond to help me manage my plan. She went to bat for me when my insurance denied a better treatment, and got the denial overturned. Always informative and spends time explaining things clearly to you. So happy with Hillman Center. We are very lucky to have this in our backyard.
The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected. The sign says to let them know if you wait over 20 minutes. When advising them nothing is done so why bother
They have been amazing and supportive as well as reactive. Dr Lebowicz and his staff are the best. I trust these folks with my life and well being as I navigate genetic lung cancer over the last 6 years. I’m currently in my third major battle and wouldn’t want any other team in my corner. Bless you all and thank you for lifting me up when things are so heavy.
I am so pleasantly surprised by this office. Dr. Lebowicz was fantastic, the nurses are so kind, and it's overall such a positive environment. The finance team helped me to get my medication for free. I look forward to going, which is strange to say about a doctor's office!
