Scheduling has been awful. I waited 2 months for a new patient appointment only for them to cancel it the week before and then tell me the next soonest is another 2 months out.
I couldn't even review the doctor's yet and the receptionist already failed. Don't think your appointment is safe here. They cancel it and then move you to another facility farther away. They don't care how much you have to sacrifice for an appointment. Then they lie and say you have a certain appointment time and then hit you with one not even close to your original time. Need better receptionist. Do better West Shore UPMC Heart and Vascular!!!!!
Good place to go to get My grandma Ruby her artery done and fixed it up for her surgery so I can make her feel better sooner than ever.
