Very good visit with Dr. Nguyen. Had a 48-hour heart monitor, and nobody called me about the results until I called almost 2 weeks later. I specifically asked about follow up when I called. I did read Dr. Nguyen's notes in the portal. When I missed the call back, they left a message, telling me exactly what I had already read in the portal. Unfortunately they didn't answer the question I asked about whether I should have a follow up appointment. I'm thinking so, as I am supposed to be "monitored clinically". Best upmc building in existence! My doctor was great and my nurse Amy was awesome. I was in and out in no time. Phenomenal staff!
