Today Friday December 19th I had a back-to-back follow up dual appointment 10:00 and 10:30 to check sclera therapy that I had done two weeks ago. I did the check in on my phone at 10:00. I waited from 10:00 to 10:30 and when they took 3 patients ahead of me I went to the window and asked if there was a problem. She said that I did not check in. After waiting for almost 6 + months to be scheduled an appt. I finally met Cardiologist Dr. S. Jain. I am very pleased with him. Rachel Patalsky CRNP took care of me until Dr's appt was available and she was wonderful. Dr. Jain explained everything about my care and follow up. The Staff that prepared me for visit were very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Heart and Vascular Institute.
The PA took the time to ask questions and listen. She explained the tests, reasons for testing, results, and treatment recommendations very clearly. The office staff was also friendly and helpful.
Everyone was so kind amd helpful. My doctor was excellent. Took time to talk with me explain things and answer questions. Most importantly I felt very comfortable.
