Everyone from the receptionist to the physicians are so kind and provide wonderful care to their patients
Whoever is answering phones at the Moon office currently 3/20 at 4:10pm is absolutely rude. I’ve always had a good experience if I call in with a medical emergency. I’m pregnant and have an urgent medical question. The woman said no nurses are there and no one is on call. I told her i’ve called before on weekends and there has been someone on call every time. She snarkily said if I give her a minute she will switch the phones over? Hung up on me. Very sad how this was handled. Greentree office is assisting me now.
Kathy at the front desk, is amazing! You can tell she cares just as much about the patients as the nurses and doctors treating us. Great medical staff that is knowledgeable and kind too.

Just an FYI doctor Kelly Cameron is fully booked for the year she has no available appointments I called earlier this week because I am having issues with my Mirena that I had put in September of 2022 this is my 3rd Mirena I think I know how my body takes to the IUD I am cramping and clotting and I'm on my period 9 to 12 days and I'm only off of my period 3 to 4 days this is not normal this should be an emergency appointment but the rude woman who answered the phone which has absolutely no people skills and doesn't how to do... read more
