Only 50% success rate on my visits here for treatment, the other 50% of the time they fail to listen to me and prescribe something unnecessary, so I turn to Dr Amazon for something that works. Also, it's not this specific offices problem, but UPMCs billing is generally absolutely trash. I get billed for all sorts of things illegally, then have to spend hours on the phone with UPMC and their third party vendors to get the billing corrected.
Horrible doctors, very unprofessional and non caring. Extremely dismissive attitudes and not very open to discussion or explaining about anything. I find it unbelievable the way my wife has been treated here especially in comparison to my physicians office.
