This was supposed to be the location/phone # in Sewlicky but it's NOT. Phone # listed is in Pittsburgh. Not helpful
Got there early for the appointment but the wait time was unbelievable. They did sort of apologize for the delay but overall we were there for well over 2 hours for an eye exam. This is not acceptable! However, the staff were friendly and very professional.
Dr. Polat is amazing.
My experience here was absolutely amazing. Dr. Ellen Butts is friendly and extremely thorough. She was able to diagnose an eye condition that was overlooked and untreated by other Optometrists for 15 years. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Ellen! I wish that I could give her 100 stars!
The entire staff, from reception to all of the optical staff and physicians were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first visit here. I went for a plaquenil eye exam, but was also interested in seeing a neuro-opthomologist for another ongoing vision issue as well as to have a yearly eye exam. Their staff addressed all of my issues to the best of their ability within this exam in order to pass as much information on to the other appropriate departments within the facility for later follow-up.
