We were a about 15 minutes late due to staff at UPMC telling us to go to the wrong location appointment was at 2pm we arrived 2:15 and we still haven’t seen a physician and it’s after 4pm. This is sad and disgraceful. This location should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn’t dare ask the reason why as I already know...

The wait for appointments is ridiculous. The doctors are great but waiting every single time for over and hour before being seen is unacceptable especially when their patients are children.
