Very friendly and excellent service
The entire process was efficient. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and register. The receptionist was helpful, cordial and timely. The nurse took my vitals and assured me that the Physician Assistant was highly skilled and thorough and she was right. It was such a comprehensive enjoyable experience. The took all the pertinent test and received the response within 15 minutes. I left there feeling great about the experience and confident about their recommendations.
Terrible experience from start to finish. We have always gone to this facility when it was the Express Care and everyone was so friendly, patient, and kind. Good bedside manner and treated you like a person. Now, forget it! I brought my sick 7 year old in right after school and was happy to see no one in the waiting room. I went to the desk and the woman told me to use the tablet and fill out the forms on my phone. Once I finished, she said it wouldn't be long.
