I wish this venue did more shows cause it's perfect! Perfect size parking and leaving was so easy! It was great!

I was impressed with this events center. It's obviously new and seems well designed. There's a lot of (free and pay) accessible parking. The entrances are easy to find. Staff was friendly but didn't hound us (e.g., we didn't have to show our tickets a dozen times throughout the night the way some places make you do every time you leave your seat). Bathrooms were large and clean. We did not visit concessions or merch areas, so I cannot speak to them or their efficiency. My only complaint is that the seats could have used more... read more

Everything about it was small. Went for a concert and the seats felt like an airplane's, they were so close together. The artist's microphone and ear pieces were malfunctioning (I've seen this artist over a half-dozen times before and thats never happened). The sound system is just loud, not necessarily good, and the lighting was bad, too. Even the way the arena was laid out (including concessions and the like) was bad - it made for really tough walking through the place. Went for my sons graduation and handicapped parking was so far away. And my mother-in-law had to walk uphill. Along with other elderly people. It was insanely hot inside.
