Over booking is a nightmare here
Shadyside is a good name for this hospital because they give shady service. If they are too busy to properly take care of their patients, they need to send some away! They are BAD!
Mercy has maintained it's excellent patient care standards and Catholic culture, even though it has transitioned into the UPMC system. Facilities and equipment have improved too.
