RecommendedCumberland Valley OBGYN clinic is a fantastic example of great precautions! I was there for a routine visit this morning and found signs posted at both doors that we should stay in our cars and the nurse will call us at the time of our appointment to let us in. The doors were locked. They also request anyone who is feeling sick to not go for their appointment and just reschedule. This is a practice that cares about their staff and patients well-being. I wish all clinics and people in the region be as responsible!
Love the nurses, the staff, but I'm not a fan of some of the doctors. Unfortunately after 5+ years and several awfully uncomfortable comments, late appointments, and unprofessionalism from one of the physicians, I chose to switch OB's.
Absolutely. I have gone there for 23+ years. when I moved an hour away I changed all my Doctors except Dr Bucher. The care je gives is worth the hour drive to get there
Love Dr.Bucher have been going to him for over 20 years always takes time to talk and ask about things going on in my life truly cares about his patients
I'm a new patient but impressed with Dr. Heller and the staff. They have gone above and beyond and all with great kindness.
Been with Dr. Bucher since 1989. He goes above and beyond. I never feel rushed. He truly listens. Sometimes there is a wait but the care I get, it is worth it.
I have been a patient here for over 13 years. My latest exam was first cancelled an hour before, because he was delivering a baby. I arrived for my rescheduled exam at 1:20. I was undressed and in an exam room until 2:30 without anyone even peaking in to give me an update about the long wait. I finally put my clothes on and left...no apology and no phone call from the office. How disappointing! I travel over 40 minutes to this practice and took off TWO half-days for nothing.
