Really bad experience here. I saw Craig here and he was pretty well for my rehabilitation. However, the receptions reaaaaally ruined it. I received a call that she told me Craig is not here for the day I had scheduled and suggested me to see another therapist. But I refused and insisted to see Craig for another today. This amazing one scheduled me with another therapist for another today. No wonder why they have such great therapists but still rank about 3 stars. DO YOUR JOB!!!
Injury was never fully recovered, a lot of guess work and confusion, lack of communication from PTs and PTAs, still in pain a year later and sent to collections for my bills.
