TLDR- great location, great atmosphere, sympathetic staff, flexible, and reliable. I had to stop going because of some financial issues, however this place was great. I went for a few months or something like that for my shoulder. I injured it lifting and for 6 months, I had pain so bad that I couldn't even shrug. They not only believed me, but helped me through every step to make sure I'd be able to recover properly. It was weird because my shoulder would only give me agonizing pain as the day progressed. Good therapy mostly on time the couple times I was there so far.. Nice waiting room with chairs spaced apart for safety. Therapy area a bit crowded as equipment is close together. Masks are worn still.
Taylor was a fantastic therapist. She was professional, motivational and caring. The results were outstanding.
Brian and staff are the very best! This business is ran smoothly turning out amazing results for many patients. Brian worked on me in 2016 for a foot and now for spine complications. He is a joy to work with, he takes the time to listen, completes a thorough exam and individualizes a plan that works for me. Scheduling is accommodating and they run on time! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have a physical therapist that I normally see at this new location. Recently I was told that I had to wait 3 weeks in order to see him for an evaluation. I agreed, and then when I arrived there was a different "floater" therapist there. When I asked what the reason was for this, they said he was at a conference. They had no explanation for why I hadn't been notified before the day of my appointment. Despite the administrative mistakes that this location sometimes makes, their service and quality of care is very high.
