The women who work at this office are very cold and rude. Will not allow an elderly patient to have a family member to be present them during the visit. Would never recommend this office for older patients.
I go to the lung center in Monroeville, they were supposed to have sent in my prescription to Medcare for a new CPAP machine and over the last year the office does not answer UPMC app messages and does not answer the phone, when you go into office she held me there for an hour and still didn't send my prescription. There no way to complian to UPMC. They don't have no director or hotlines number listed.
