My wife has a history of repeated kidney stones, since 2024 she has passed 8 stones, she was in pain and had to return to the emergency room, a couple Drs were fantastic and treated her with respect, last night she had to return due to pain, Dr doan came in her room and was very rude to her, she has never visited another facility as coudy had all her test results. I had to go to the er because I was experiencing pain in my mid back area, the nurse, Jennifer (a traveling nurse from Pittsburge) was so sweet! She was very attentive and caring, as was Dr. Doan. He was extremely kind and had great bedside manner, he made me feel safe and cared for. He ordered all the nessasary tests to make sure I was properly taken care of. I highly recommend him! I wish he was my personal dr. Overall, a great place for care in an emergency!
I’ve used Cole ER many times and can’t say enough positive comments about this place. I praise this entire staff, starting right from the registration desk to the discharge! FIRST OF ALL, I have never waited any length of time to be placed in a room, and within minutes a nurse, or dr enters my room, evaluates my emergency, and proceeds accordingly. Gave one star because there was not an option for 0.
This place just keeps proving time after time after time that they are not qualified for human (or animal) care. I haven't been able to figure out if it's because they are #1, lazy, or #2, stupid. Maybe a combination of both. Same conclusion, none the less, UNQUALIFIED. If you need a band aid, I have 100% faith Coudy will screw it up. Don't waste your time or money here. Because that's all it will be. Believe the reviews.
