1. Booked appointment online. 2. Got a call. They took few more details as I was a new patient. 3. Walked in on the day of the appointment. 4. Got the vaccination for my daughter. 5. Made the payment. 6. Done. Filled up a couple of forms as a new patient. Staff and Nurses were really polite and helpful. This was my first time with UPMC and the whole process was smooth.
If I could leave zero stars I would, absolute horrible service , it’s a practice focused on ONLY money and seeing as many patients a day as possible .. there is no personalized care nor do you feel like any of the many revolving card for your child’s ailment… iv attempted multiple times to file complaints with Kelly (who would be better versed as a prison guard rather than dealing with the public) and Dana which is next to impossible to get in touch with ! My experience so far with this location has been awesome. I love Dr. Tate and Mercedes NP. These providers have shown my family kindness, healthcare guidance, and support since we moved to the area last year in 2023. You 3 are truly what healthcare should look like everywhere. Thank you! Update: Unfortunately, Mercedes NP is no longer at the practice for now, I guess. I was pretty upset, my daughter, and I didn't get to say goodbye. She was one of the reasons we stayed so long.
