We moved from Grove City and continue to drive 93 miles to be part of this practice. Dr. Hefner, Megan, and team of nurses and front office staff cared for my children into adulthood. I have never had an issue with this office ever. Honestly I wish I could see them also.
In the last year since my sons been born and we’ve been going there, I’ve called them more than I call most of my family members and they never make me feel stupid for calling Anxious Mother Approved ☺️
Very kind and helpful. They got my newborn in right away and helped me with the whole process of getting my other children switched to them after their doctor retired at last minute. I highly recommend so far!
I’ve been biting my tongue for far too long. This is the WORST pediatric office you’ll ever find. My daughter happens to have reoccurring labial adhesions. Dr. Hefner is a PEDIATRICAN and had nothing to help her. Instead jumped right to forcing my daughter down and tearing her open with q tips at 11 months old. The staff there is absolutely horrible. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude, point blank. The nurses aren’t any better; they don’t attempt to make shots fun, rewarding or even helpful. They force children ... read more
