I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I've been bringing my kids here for six years, and honestly, I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff and doctors.

Scheduled an appointment for two of my children, person in the office only scheduled one of them. Of course the child that wasn’t scheduled is the one with special needs who is now going to be without vital services until this can be fixed.
This office has gone way down hill over the last 14 years. The front desk staff is very unpleasant usually (in person and on the phone) They are unprofessional, sitting on their personal cell phones. This is just a general review. I once had to sit in a room for an hour with my profoundly autistic child for an appointment with no communication. We had to leave. After my kiddos next wellness checks we will be going elsewhere.
Front desk woman was extremely unpleasant, rude and not helpful whatsoever. I asked a simple question and after a very brief conversation I was hung up on. She failed to mention her name probably to avoid being reported.
