Went there 3 times over month with ear infection for my son. Twice they charged $170 for 5 min of care. Third time they charged $201 cause we had fever with ear infection. Billing said cause he had fever it was more complex care. In reality we waited for hour and a half for 5 min of the SAME check up. Absolute scam. They charged you at will and randomly. No transperency.
Why make an appointment when you still have to wait over an hour every time you're here. Do better.
We just came in complaining of a bad cough from my daughter. The doctor who examined my daughter was great. I can't remember her name, sorry. All the nurses were very quick and wonderful.
I took my son to Children’s Express Care in Moon on Saturday evening as he had a weird odor around his head and we could not figure out where it was coming from. It smelled similar to an infection, and I was concerned. The nurse was kind and helpful, and the wait time was not long.
