Dr. Bishop is very good and thorough doctor, that listens to kids and parents. Very good with kids. But the office people that now work there since UPMC took them over and evidently UPMC's new policies are ridiculous. This pediatric office has been their doctors for all of our kids' lives (7&10). Unfortunately UPMC bought it out, and screwed it up.
I love this office. I've been coming here since my kids were born. They're great with children. Lovely nurses and doctors!
Wish I could rate them a 0 instead of one. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS OFFICE. This office is terrible. My daughter had a blood test in office and we got a message at 3am that she needed to go to the ER. I couldn't even get a call, apparently parents are supposed to check their portal in the middle of the night for these notifications. We took her to the ER to be tested and everything was fine.
