There very good. Friendly and they take care of your child's problem.
I have to give a shout out to this office. I have been bringing my kids here for over 10 years and have had wonderful experiences. Dr. Bishop and Julia Bordell are amazing providers. I brought my son in this last week and Dr. Bishop greeted us with bubbles to try and calm him down and was so understanding. She is very informative and educates her patients and their family members. I highly recommend this facility.
Dr. Bishop is very good and thorough doctor, that listens to kids and parents. Very good with kids. But the office people that now work there since UPMC took them over and evidently UPMC's new policies are ridiculous. This pediatric office has been their doctors for all of our kids' lives (7&10). Unfortunately UPMC bought it out, and screwed it up.
I love this office. I've been coming here since my kids were born. They're great with children. Lovely nurses and doctors!
