The people are great when you go in the office. Nice and they are very understanding of weight loss. They have a system and I can't wait to get my surgery done. My problem is insurance and the office. When a group takes your insurance. You would think everyone you see is in that office is covered under your insurance. WRONG !!! The dietitian I was given to see wasn't and I didn't find out until I have this huge bill of $500 I can't pay. It's not right! Why doesn't the office coordinator check into this kind of thing ???
Dr. Powell is awesome, caring and knowledgeable.
