Friendly, very helpful. The physical therapists explain what and why the routine they have chosen for you. A great staff. Always on time.

They told me that they did not treat for Bell's Palsy at the White Oak branch of PT for UPMC. Going to Oakland is not an option for me. This is very poor community service on UPMC's part. Not very helpful at all! I give them a thumbs down for this!!! Very Poor Indeed!!!!
