They told me that they did not treat for Bell's Palsy at the White Oak branch of PT for UPMC. Going to Oakland is not an option for me. This is very poor community service on UPMC's part. Not very helpful at all! I give them a thumbs down for this!!! Very Poor Indeed!!!!

Not able to define my issue well. The therapy wasn't as complete as I recieved at OSPTA, and I felt like I was wasting my appointments. I didn't receive heat or stim on most appointments, stim on one of 4, and heat on 1 of 4, that's it. I didn't receive ice or sonar on any appointments. I was told to do exercises that made me worse off. Thank goodness I found some on youtube that helped me. He told me not to go to my chiropractor because he "can handle" my situation. I ignored this and went anyway because they were putting m... read more
