I have seen well over 10 different ENTs and several Vestibular PTs in the 20 years that I have had BPV. I have lived elsewhere in the US, so I have seen many. He is the most dismissive, rude, and uncaring medical provider I have ever encountered. Not only that, but he was clueless about my concerns I told 2 of his subordinates, a nurse and a PC ALL of my symptoms, years of this condition, maneuvers, etc. for 10 minutes before I saw him. He walked into the room as if he had never looked at any of the notes and started to te... read more

I would give less than one star but it wouldn't allow it. They switched my records with another patient. I called every day of the week before my colonoscopy to try to get my issue resolved. The day before I called and ask to speak to a supervisor. None was available all morning until I said I was sending a report to UPMC authorities. A supervisor was magically available then. Then they told me more stories that I don't believe.

Went in with elevated pulse, very high blood pressure, and uncontrollable shaking from head to toe. Had to stand outside the ER and answer questions. My wife had to fill out paperwork, because i was shaking too badly to do it, before i was allowed back. Got a ringers infusion and monitoring. No conversation from staff for two hours. Finally, after I was able to urinate, was told I had a urinary tract infection, probably due to the prostate biopsy I had had 10 days before. Was given more ringers, Tylenol, and an antibiotic. W... read more

The worst pharmacy to deal with.  There have been numerous issues with them.  They can’t seem to decide if they are going to deliver my prescriptions or not, I never know from month to month what to expect.  I have had to wait for almost a week for a med I needed immediately, by the time it arrived I didn’t need it anymore.  I called to see if my meds were ready and they confirmed they were.  I got there maybe a half hour after I called and they closed a half hour early.  Not only did that take time away from work, but gas. ... read more

HIPPA violations galore, patient neglect, abuse, lying about treatment, filthy conditions, patient safety issues, threats of punitive retributions if I didn't agree to certain procedures (If I didn't agree to have needless bloodwork, I didn't get my necessary meds), going with out food for over 24hrs because THEY didn't have my necessary meds in their pharmacy, refusal to answer questions about my treatment, shall I continue? One star is 10 too many

I have been with this practice for over 16 years and not once have I ever thought of leaving until now. The dismissive attitudes at not only the practice, but also UPMC in general is abhorrent. To disregard a patient's pain and treating a patient as if they are an addict is terrible. Find another family practice! They will not be there for you when you really need it.

The most cold, apathetic office, I've ever been to, and you would think it would be different given the types of patients, and with the myriad of issues they could be dealing with. No greeting when you walk in, no "have a nice day!"when leaving, nothing at all. They are so uncaring, when delivering results..... If it's just a job, or you're picking and choosing who to be kind, warm and welcoming to.... please find another line of work! Horrible place, with people with terrible attitudes, and demeanors
