This office is a MESS ! I never would have gone there , if I would have known he treats patients on dialysis more than anything else . IHe put stents in my celiac artery and my splenic artery.. Within a month one has become 30 - 40 percent clogged ALREADY . When another doctor called the office they started that I cancelled my appointment. THAT IS NOT TRUE !! I've had several surgeries by other providers before seeing him . That office is ran like a zoo . I'm NOW in palliative care and possibly going into hospice ... read more
If I could give a negative star or no star I would. I have been a patient there for years. On 11/20/25 they called asked me to come to office and I did no problem they did drug test on me and checked for uti. Been waiting and waiting for test results and nothing. On the 3rd I stopped in at office to get shoulder checked I ended up seeing the nurse and I asked about test results and was told everything came back good that she would get everything sent over for my medication, then sent me to walk in clinic. This provider and clinic does not value your time or health. Further, the scheduler will yell at you when they cancel you at the last minute and you are frustrated, even if you do not raise your voice. The last thing heart patients need is this kind of stress. Normally, I would not complain or leave a bad review, but this entire interaction was terrible, very shady, and my first bad experience in the UPMC network. I’ve never left a review but I feel the need to do so because of how my mother was treated by NP Lu Ann Caryl. I go with my mom to all her doctors appointments to advocate for her and make sure her medical needs are being addressed by whoever the provider is. English is my mother’s first language but she does have a hard time sometimes with an American accent as she did not grow up here in the states. My experience with Dr. Bryan Cicuto has been deeply disappointing and harmful. After years of unresolved issues, I have filed formal complaints with the Pennsylvania State Medical Board and the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). I have also submitted a HIPAA privacy complaint to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR). Between my wife and I we are done with every provider in this office. Staffing and punctuality with responses are non existent. Go out of town or to AHN. It worth it.
My suggestion to anyone in the Chautauqua County and Jamestown area, if you have an emergency, CALL AN AMBULANCE!! Its the only way you will receive prompt attention. If its at all possible, either go to Westfield, Dunkirk or any other medical facility in the area. Even of you go to.Urgent care in Lakewood ny,. unless its a very minor problem, you will still NOT RECEIVE the care that you deserve. That is, unless they call an ambulance because you are so sick that you can't wait
