The therapist that was paired with is as cold as ice. She seems to be lacking in human compassion and doesn't seem concerned with what people are going through in the process of therapy. The passion she describes herself as having in our UPMC profile must be for the scientific and clinical part of her job, because it's clearly not for the patients. Rob and Dorothy are hands down the best PTs I’ve ever dealt with! They are both incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their patients -myself-. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
