Dr. Ali and Karen are Magnificent!!!!!They are so willing yo help you and don't make you feel terrible when you have a medical condition or take medication that causes weight gain. They are kind and very helpful.
Worst customer service ever!!! They prefer to loose a patient before recognizing a totally unreasonable charge!!! $183 for two applications of freezing spray for a plantar wart.

Do not waste your time at Urgent Care. We took our 2 year old daughter to Urgent Care after she hurt her leg on a trampoline. They took x-rays and told her she was okay to go home. She was in extreme pain for several days after our visit and we decided to take her to our primary care physician. Our physician told us that something was wrong and then referred us to Shriner's. My daughter is a college student at Messiah College. She suddenly became very ill with flu like symptoms. Via their website we were able to download a registration form and make an appointment. She was a mess and it took everything in her to drive to their office but she was thrilled with the care she received. She waited 20 min and saw PA Samantha Singer. I had a wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in till I walked out. I was seen for a small injury, and the whole staff was amazing! I was at the Harrisburg location which I found out just opened this month. I would highly recommend this place!
I went here a few months ago for a physical and a drug test (for a new job). Not only did I wait almost 2 hours to go to the back I had to wait another 30 mins just to start all of my tests. When the doctor came in ( his name was Allen something) he asked if I wore glasses, I had glasses on. Once I replied he said don't you think you need new ones; ok I can get that by the test results I may need another exam that's fine but to be rude about it was unnecessary. My husband has been going to Dr Jumper for over 5 years. The wait time is short. Dr Jumper takes the time to listen to your problems and has a very good bedside manner.
Manchester Family Medicine has to be the WORST doctors office I have ever been too!!! My appointment for my daughter was for 10:30am. I got there at 10:20. I waited almost 20 minutes before I even got called back.. Not to mention someone got there AFTER me and was called back BEFORE me. I was there overall for an HOUR for a 10 minute checkup and 1 shot. Will NOT be bringing my daughter back! And I didn't even have the doctor I was suppose to have!
