Very unprofessional doctor.
Doctors and customer service are excellent. Every Wednesday, you do not need appointments to have your laboratory tests.
My husband suffers with insomnia for years. When the great Dr. Myers, who I miss dearly, was there he put him on a controlled substance which worked but only for half the night. Dr werne, who took over for myers, then put him on another med for insomnia- so he took both and it worked. He's 62 and still has insomnia. Well they kept putting off his appointments and then come to find out the Dr actually died and they never told us so he could find another Dr. They did however, continue to fill both prescriptions. Boy oh boy do we miss Dr. Werne, and are so sorry he's no longer with us. He always had time to talk to me about my health concerns. Now, I call about a big change in my blood work and request to talk about it with the physician's assistant that ordered the lab work and she doesn't have the time of day to speak to me. She has the office staff call and tell me to diet and exercise. (My cholesterol went from normal to high and I exercise plus lost weight!) I was in town for vacation and overnight developed a bad cough. Several urgent care places were closed or fully booked, so I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all friendly and professional. I got there just at the end of lunch hour and was taken in right away with not even a 5 minute wait. The doctor listened to my concerns and provided guidance and support. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking medical care.
