Extremely Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience with UPMC Bedford Dermatology was nothing short of awful. I was referred by a friend, but I genuinely don’t understand what they saw in this provider. I had to book my total body skin exam five months in advance, as they claimed that was the earliest available 1-hour slot—and even then, I had to push to be scheduled with Dr. Hocker, since I was told she “usually doesn’t do those.” I completed all required forms digitally in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. I am a new patient of Dr Hocker. I am more than pleased with the superb care of her and her staff. So glad I found them.
Dr. Hocker is very up to date with new techniques, super nice and caring, she really takes the time to help. The staff is friendly, upbeat and helpful! I highly recommend anyone to go to her!
