This place is very hard to never answer the phone and they rush you out very quickly
They will not refill a prescription to treat common cold sores without consistent visits. A prescription they have refilled for me in the past and that I only need to take once or twice a year. A prescription I take three years past it's expiration because of all of this. They've apologized to me before for making me go through an entire outbreak without treatment while they took a week to decide if they were going to fill the prescription.
