This is the worse physician's office you could go to. I don't care that you have to wait almost 40 minutes to actually talk to somebody when you call. What really upsets me and my whole family is that they don't call prescription refills at a reasonable time. My son is diabetic. And when he needs refills for his INSULIN it takes them weeks to call it in. After harassing them three or four times a week. He's want days with out his insulin because when the pharmacy would fax it over every few days they still haven't responded.... read more
rarely get anyone on the phone. You don't see the same intern everytime you go yes intern NOT doctor. You get the wrong medications or you get taken off of life saving medications.Its a mess I need AREAL Doctor not interns.

I don't even know why I pay health insurance through UPMC. This is my PCP and I call at 8:20am due to being COVID positive and needing Paxlovid. I'm told a DR will call me. No call so Called back several times throughout the day to be told the Dr is seeing other patients and will call me. however the medication I need, I can only get in a certain timeframe once symptoms start. So I ended up having to go to Icare. Got the med I needed and was in and out in 20 mins. Needless to say, it's about 8pm and I still never got that ca... read more
