If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited a few months ago with terrible pain and swelling in my face. I assumed in was an infected tooth. After a CT scan the PA told me there was nothing and I had cellulitis in my cheek. I had no wound, no redness, none of the classic signs of cellulitis (of which I am very familiar). Last time I was here, worst experience of my life. I went again today and they absolutely blew any expectations out the water. They took me back immediately and went to work on the issue. Sent me home with the information needed to continue care along with some medication to help me through the day before I was able to go get my prescription. From the front desk, all the way to the Drs and nurses. I very much am thankful to all who helped me today.
Such an amazing staff I had with my daughter. They really went above and beyond for us and I couldn't of asked for better service. Thank you
I have been to this ER 3 times, twice for a family member once most recently for myself. Although wait times are never ideal, we had fantastic doctors the first two times and received great and proper care. This last time however, I was treated by Dr. Alaleh Ebrahimi, MD and had a truly awful experience. It is clear she has limited years of experience.
